I have been calling MTN to enquire about my cellphone which was sent for repairs more than a month ago, according to the high volume centre which i would like to believe that they are responsible for repairs informed me that they phone has been dispatched on the 18th May to the insurance department whom i am unable to get hold of. It has been 3 days now with my attempts from one department to another.
