I have been trying for days to get through to the Call Centre to get to speak to a consultant but with no luck, All you get is "we are currently experiencing a higher than normal call volume and will attend to your call as soon as possible". You can't tell me that for days they have such a high call volume, and surely I would get through sometime if I call from 8h00 in the morning to 16h00 in the afternoon. When I phone 011 numbers I just get transfered from one department to the next but with no assistance, my telephone account is so high already that I can't phone again, obviously FNB doesn't want to be paid.
