I gave my phone in for repairs on the 11th of March 2013 at the Cresta store. I've been back to the store numerous times to get feedback. Today I was informed that they cannot give me an update, as the repairs department needs to do so. Up to date I have not received a single phone call from the repairs department. I would like someone from the repairs department to please give me feedback as to why my phone's repair is taking so long, and what is being done to fix it?
