24Hour Mobility Cellphone Insurance
Eyond bad service

My phone was collected on the 29/11/13 for service (i submitted my claim on 02/11/13). i was told it takes 5-7 working days for repairs. on 11/12/13 i was promised my phone will be delivered by friday the 13/12/13. i spoke to mellissa who promised to email me by thursday afternoon regarding delivery details, no email was sent until i called this morning. spoke to pretty who promised to call within 30 minutes regarding feedback on my phone, 2 hours later, still nothing. 24 hr mobility, your service is sooo bad it's like you are doing it on purpose. its no use calling them as u hold for more than 15 minutes before your call is answered and hold some more while they *check for progress on your phone* and they have the decency to tell you to call later as they cant get hold of the repairs department.
