Customer Service, of the poorest quality

My cellphone was sent to finrite via Edgars on the 24th April 2013 for repairs. After following up with Edgars the store manager informed me that my phone has been dispatched from Finrite, He will let me know when my phone is at their store. After many attempts to go fetch my phone at edgars, and track my phone's whereabouts. I decided to contact Finrite. On Friday the 10th i was helped by Vuyiso. He informed me that my phone could not be sent over the weekend, due to that department being closed, to which he assured me, that my phone will be sent on Monday, and will probably arrive Wednesday/Thursday. Monday i phoned Vuyiso again only to check that everyting was going according plan. He then informed me that things are okay, but he is just awaiting the waybill, then my phone will be well on his way back to Paarl. Tuesday came so i phoned again to check up on things, only to find that Vuyiso is busy on another call, I left a msg, and so i tried calling him for the remainder of the day, never did i get a call back from Vuyiso. Till today, which is friday I have never received a call from him, nor anyone from Finrite, and still my phone has not been sent to me. Where is my phone!!!
