Wrong contract cancelled

Good day, I have two contracts with Cell C and I've sent them an email to say which number need to be cancelled and they responded and said that contract still have one month left, so they will then cancel it on the day it expires. So the 10th of June 2013, they cancelled the wrong one, now I'm struggling to get my number back on. I have my own business and that was the number I used for my business. I'm loosing a lot of money due to that. The one person from Retentions said I must buy a new simcard and Rica it, so I did that yesterday anf still my phone ain't working. I can't afford another day without my phone. If this keeps up I will then have to go to another service provider, otherwise its going to cost me a lot of money to change all my business cards, the logo's on my vehicles and all my company stationary with a new number. All I want is that my number is switched back on and that the correct contract is cancelled.
