INSURANCE WITH FINRITE/EDCON ON CELLPHONE, PAY EVERY MONTH. PHONE BROKE SEND IN FOR REPAIRS CNA BROOKLYN. THEY SENT IT BACK ON THE 17TH OF JANUARY 2013 (REPAIRED ACCORDING TO THEM) I switched the phone on still broken took it back to Abraham CNA Brooklyn. He sent it in again for repairs. I asked to replace the phone, Phoned their offices 011-3751800, they could not give me an answer. I AM STILL WAITING FOR REPLY, TRIED TO PHONE NOW, ON HOLD FOR 21 MINUTES. I AM WITHOUT A PHONE FOR TWO MONTHS. WHY DO I PAY FOR INSURANCE EVERY MONTH AND I DO NOT GET SERVICE???
