I initially phoned the Customer care number 082 111. Was kept waiting for 20 min, and still no answer. Then completed a call back request online. Was then phoned by Customer care. Provided all my details on the account. Customer care consultant supposedly could not hear me very well on the line, and had a bad attitude when I asked her if you could hear me every time I gave an answer to her questions. REF : 296 240 142. The consultant could not verify all my details on my account, and simply said could not help me further. As a customer - very unhappy. No reason to support Vodacom in future with this level of "unhelpfulness".
