Poor customer service

I applied for an internet bundle on the vodacom website on the 16th July 2013. A call centre consultant phoned me on the 17th July 2013 to inform me that the application was successful. Application referral number 14409765 was accepted. I gave her my address delivery details. Since then received NO feedback. I called customer care today to enquire. The consultant Thando, referred me to RAM couriers as he indicated that the parcel was returned due to incorrect address details. He forwarded the call to RAM, i spoke to the customer service consultant only to find out the package was returned to vodacom and she could not help me. As a customer, I applied, provided correct details. Now it becomes my problem to chase up an order which clearly was not captured correctly. Further to this, it becomes my responsibility to chase up the delivery. What kind of poor excuse for service is this? In the meantime I am being billed on a pro rata basis for data that I cannot use. First time in my entire history with vodacom that I am left speechless and disappointed. Vodacom, you have failed me!!! Called yesterday, spoke to Lerato, she resubmitted the order, promised to call me back, still waiting!
