We done payment of r700 Yesterday Then i spoke to customer line They said we needed to make another payment of 320 To unlock The phone Today early morning before 10 the payment was made it is nw almost 3o clock and phone is still locked Previous when you make payment after a few minutes you receive message to say thank you for payment Up till now no message was receive from vodacom to say the did receive payment And phone is still locked This service is bad it should go better and not worse and then i phone the customer care line 111 What bad attitutde one consultant answer ask the details let me hold for 3 songs then get to another consultant With bad attitude must explain again want all the details again then they want to why you want to get mad Bad bad bad service Please upgrade you customer care Please And unlock our phones Please please please
