I did an application online for a contract with Vodacom on Thursday 30.01.2014, a consultant phoned me and went through all the steps, asked all the questions for the process to start. I received an SMS with a reference number while I was on the phone with the consultant. Just before the conversation ended I received another SMS saying the application with has been approved. The consultant told me that I'll be phoned back later that day, no one called. I left it until today, Tuesday 04.02.3014 for feedback. I phoned the number for customer care. I finally got to another consultant who told me they can't help me and I have to call sales. I called the number for sales and they told me I have to speak to the online department. I phoned the number and was then given the customer care number. After all this I spoke to a lady that finally answered my question and said she'll send the person who helped me originally a mail, and put me through to her but there was no answer. I finally gave up as I can't spend my whole day at work phoning wrong numbers. I don't think that Vodacom must advertise this same day delivery if they can't pull through.
