I phoned the Vodacom call centre (111) and tried to change my Debit Order details, the first consultant I reached put me through to another consultant without notifying me and I had to redo all the confirmation checks. Then when I complained that I had already gone through all the confirmation checks with the previous consultant she put the phone down.
The line went through to the rating system and I scored the call negatively and was put through to another consultant who managed to assist me.
What's the point of being a contract customer at Vodacom when it is such a performance to update one's details and deal with rude consultants on the CUSTOMER CARE line. Takes 3 consultants and 20 minutes to update my Debit Order details!
My 2 year contract expires in 4 months, and then I'm going to the competition!!!
