On 18 sept 2012' my phone, Samsung iPad and other goods was out of my car. The next day I reported this together with the police case number to the mtn shop in moreleta park. The iPad had one of a dual SIM card and I requested this to be blacklisted, I was assured that this was done. On 1 OCtober 2012, two weeks later, our other iPad which had the other sim, stopped working. I went back to the mtn shop and informed them that they have switched off the wrong SIM card. They made some calls and informed me that it the right one was now switched off.By 6 October it was still not working. Unfortunately I had to leave for overseas and did not check, until I got a SMS notice on 26 october that approx. R6500 was deducted. On my return I again went back to the shop and asked that all the cards be switched off. Again I was given reference numbers and it was confirmed that it was off. On 28 nov. another deduction of approx r5400 and again in dec R4400. Since October I have tried to speak to someone expect the call centre without success. An email complain logged in October via the still awaits an answer. An info forwarded to the call centre on request remains unanswered
