UCOUNT - You dont count!

I have been trying to obtain a UCount card since early September. So far: 13 Sept - wrote to SB asking where my card is. Reply from Ashley Geduld saying she has requested a second card. 8 Oct - request from me asking where the card is. 9 October request from me asking where my card is. 10 October - request from me asking where my card is. 11 October call from Lwazi Ndungane saying my card was on its way. 21 October request from me - where is the card? 21 October - standard reply from SB suggesting I call their call centre.

UCOUNT - you certainly don't!
