Ipad that was in lost property goes missing

The ipad was left on the (JE148) Mango flight in November 2012
- the ipad was an ipad 2 in a black cover
- the ipad has a "tracking" application that allows us to remotely access the device when it is switched on. The tracking device showed that someone at the airport switched on the device while at the airport
- we contacted Bid air on Mon 3rd Dec for access to information if the ipad was in the lost and found
- Bid air did not get back to us and eventually when we spoke to someone there, they confirmed that it was in the lost and found
- They took my details and said that they would get back to me. No one contacted me.
- Then suddenly when I called, there was no ipad in lost property anymore so I asked for a list of staff to file a report of.
- We asked an employee called Ndhuviwe for the list of staff who worked on that flight too for the police report
- Ndhuviwe promised to revert to us, but never did
- I called every week demanding to speak to a manager who was never around until eventually "Zongs" the manager spoke to me &asked me to email him on the 30th Jan.
To this day I have had no reply to 3 emails since Jan & 16 calls AND I dont have my ipad.
