On 7 October o logged a complain with Vodacom regarding my sim card that were swapped. I have two lines with Vodacom, . My two lines were suspended at the beginning of the year and removed from Vodacom records' did manage to pay them up to their last cent. When my lines were reinstated my sim cards were swapped, The sim card of one gig which was supposed to be in the ipad was placed in my laptop which is 500 megs was placed in ipad, SO I used my sim of 500 gig thinking I am using my one gig, I only realised at the end of the month when R2300 was debit from my account. I logged a complain with Vodacom on 7 October I received a positive response from since the seventh I have been trying to call them but I always get one response that my queries is still pending. I emailed them, I was called by a consultant on Friday 25 October, he promised to call me on Monday 28 October. I have never receive any call from them, I emailed on Monday afternoon. I was promised to be contacted before the end of the day and I was never contacted.
