My mom purchased an iPad for me at Vodacom Bluff, while we were at the store she took a iPad cover and the sales man charged her for it and later on said " this is the wrong cover" we had to wait 10 minutes for a refund only to be told it cannot be processed as the manager was not in the shop and we were asked to come back the next day, prior to that the iPad was not unpacked and the sim card had not been inserted, when we got home we had to figure it out on our own. I then went back the next day only to find that the sim card we were given was wrong, the one which was loaded on the system for us and activated was in the store and we had the wrong sim card. The same sales person re-did the whole sim card process and said to me "come back tomorrow because this sim will only load after 24 hours" I got upset and told him I will not leave until my ipad is sorted, he checked on the system and the sim card which was in the store was loaded and he put a mini card and said I should come back the next day he cannot do the iTunes as I came to the store late and they are about to close, I informed him how vital it was for me to get my iPad up and running by Monday but I was told come back
