I lost e-mail functionality on Company e-mail suddenly on Monday 03/06/13. I went to Vodaworld, Blackberry store on 05/06/13 and was advised that my phone needs a software upgrade to resolve the problem. I entered the store at 14:30 and the consultants moved from computer to computer to get the software loaded. I found this to be very unprofessional behaviour but sat there from 14:30- 17:45 in hope that my phone is now fixed. Then I had to speak to a very rude Mr Mtembu, who either thinks I work for him or doesn't realize that I am a loyal customer who spends /-R2500pm with Vodacom. He told me that my BES service needs to be activated. My question was who deactivated this service because my e-mails worked fine for 8 months of me having this phone? He became very harsh and said that I need to phone 111. I asked him with what phone because my phone is currently being loaded with software. He said that I should get my wife to phone. Still I asked how do I contact her? Then he made the change (17:50) and activated the service again. All this time I had no lunch, did no work and still my e-mails dont work. This phone maybe on my wifes name but I will cancel 25 corporate accounts.
