I am curently payin. For a 2mb line but for the last month i havnt evn had a 1mb line. Iv bn bounced from 1 depot to another get given 1 xcuse aftr the other. But to date no resolution. Managers have promised to contact me and service agents have promised to escelate the mater. To date nothing has improved. Totally apalling. I am willing to share my story with whoever contacts me. I even had service agents put the phone down on me. Absolutely disgusting
