Z10 that was fixed twice for the same problem

19th sept my phone was booked in for repairs
on the 30th the phone was sent back with new software apparantly repaired.on the 30th the phone was rebooked in for the same issue
on the 3rd i went to fetch the phone, to be told its at vodaworld bit we dont know where at vodaworld,
on the 4th my old phone was giving back to me with new new software, before leaving we checked if it worked.
surprise surprise it didnt so after 3 weeksof not having a phone only now do you decide to replace it, u can see that no activity has happened on my account since the 19th so you can refund me this month as well thanks, since you over charged on my first 2 months thanks to incompentency of your sales team in durban and the glen who both "checked" that what i had purchased in my contract was in fact working, which it was not, i have posted on your fb page swell and will continue to repost in all public domains
