My new BB Z10 that I bought in June 2013 has crashed and the software needed to be loaded again. the consultants at Vodacom Customer care did not want to help me even when i was prepared to pay for it. i walked across to the Blackberry shop where a lady helped me and asked Jack if he would be able to assist me. Within less than half-an-hour my software was uploaded and all my contacts and photos was back on the phone. Thank you Jack & colleague who walked the extra mile.
