I had coverage issues that they failed to assist me with time and again, everytime I came for feeed back it was either they forgot or they were still busy with the problem for a period of upto a month. Until I resolved the issue with their central coverage centre. I was informed to return the modem to the store and in my attempt to do that, the staff personel refused to assist me in anyway. Since the store manager was not there, the two ladies who I had spoken to - to take the modem and hand to the store manager who was supposedly coming back on duty the following day, they did not want to take the modem passing all nasty.
