I had the Cell C 5 gig/month contract using the Netcomm myzone wireless modem for the past year. I had no problems with internet speeds or coverage in this period. However, when my contract ended, I switched over to the new deal Cell C is offering which is the 20gig/month for R185. For the past 2months, my internet speed has been extremely slow to the point where its actually useless to try to get online. I have called the call centre but have since gotten no response. The reference number is 1747243. I have tried taking my wireless modem with me to different areas and it gives me very fast speeds which rules out a modem problem. It clearly looks like a coverage issue in my area. Also, does Cell C expect the customer to pay for a service that they are not supplying?
