I am having a problem with my Samsung S3, it does not want to charge. This happened a few months ago and the phone was taken in for repairs and now that it's occurring again and I am fed up. These people are telling me I'll have to take it in for repairs again. I mean come on, this is a reoccurring matter obviously there's something wrong with the device. Shouldn't they replace it with another one.
These people are so nice to us when they want business, but once your a customer/client it's just one problem after another.
