Bad service, account problems, cancellation problem

I purchased a 3G modem: MSISDN:27834115815 on 10November2012 at Menlyn Boulevard. On the 12th November tried to cancel because I did not have coverage enough to skype. The assistant manager Tarryn just refuse. Coverage department was informed on 31st January 2013 the first time. My contract was cancelled this month on 14Febr. I have a ref. number for that and return the modem on the 16th. I paid for 4months without using data and want my money back, because it was their neglegence in the first place. I paid the last for the 3G modem. My cellphone contract is on the same account as the modem. and its against the law (did not sign for debit order for cellphone). Now I receive this smse that i owe MTN money. It is a crime committed against me. I want my money back. Account number: A3691400.Fire staff of Boulavard
