After Vodacom Phoned me for the 5th tim in one day i gave in and exepted a contract with them. Modem, Laptop and monthly data bundels. Needlis to say i only recieved the modem and Simcard. NO LAPTOP. I payd the first 3 months and tried evry day almost to find out whats up with my contract terms including the laptop i didnt recieve. After the third month they cancelled my contracts Debid order, NOT ME. 6 Months later i got a call from a lawyer firm stating i ow Vodacom R2000- in penaltys witch i paid over a few months in full.
Now 2 to 3 years after i compleated paymant of penaltys i recieve a call fromBDM INC on a Saterday 01/06/2013. that i am still outstanding around R1900- and need to pay up within 24 hours. Now this is the last straw. I have paid them almost Double the amount they asked for the first time and now they wont stop herassing me over WEEKENDS. Besides if i owd Vodacom more cash why do they still bother me almost evryday to take out another contract with them. Vodacom seems to be corrupt and still try to get money out of ppl that dont ow them eany, thats its halfway threw the year and the FAT CATS of Vodacom need to make more for there FAT bonusses.
