Change from BES to BIS

I want to change from BES to BIS. I went to Vodacom Centurion where this requist was done. I was told two Hours. After an day, I called the call centre. They confirmed that my requist will pull through at 17:00 and then it will be a further 24hrs for the change to take effect. Both times the consultants reset my settings. It is now almost an week and I still have the BES on my phone. What more do I need to do? Please help. I dont want the BES anymore.
