A week later and still no response

A week ago I posted a complaint about the call centre. I got 2 phone calls last Monday assuring me that someone from networks would call me in 24 hours to make an appointment to change the faulty booster that Vodacom had supplied. This is the kind of service that I have been having since December 2012. All I want to do now is change all the companies contracts to another provider with no penalties. Unfortunately I can only post every 5 days on the site.
