I tried contacting the Customer Service @ Vodacom to ask why it is that i am unable to send any SMS.
I asked if they were experiencing any network/sms problems.
My whatsapp has no problem sending, and receiving, I have no problem downloading email to my nokia e7, so whats up with sms sending? I
get the reply to change my cell phone settings: WHY I ask?
1) I have had the same settings since day 1 - more than a year ago.
2) I can sms one day but not the next.
Vodacom why cant you just admit that there is a problem?
Dont try to confuse people with phone settings snd tech talk, just be honest
