I upgraded my contract in feb 2013 and was told that the new contract will be active and the old one will fall away. the end of feb the instalment i paid was for my old contract not the new one. but yet the new one was active. end of march came and i paid for the new ones. but the debt order did not go through, and my phones were block. the the end of april the took the debt order as soon as my salary had been paid in, without my permission. And they did not want to activate my phones, saying i must wait for the normal debt order to go off before they would. which does not make sense. anyway accourding to what i was told i have been paying for the new contract. only to receive a sms on the 05/06 at 12:15 saying that my upgrade was completed. i phoned customer care where i was told that the new contract was only active as from today, so what i have i been paying??? now they want to change my debt order amount agian.
