I took out a Blackberry contract in the year of 2011 the monthly payment was R200 i did not have a problem paying that a month, after 3 YEARS i get an SMS telling me they are going to put my account in arrears. I phoned MTN Debt told them that my contract is a debt order monthly and they are suppose to take the money of every month as a debt order. She turned around and told me that it is my responsibility to pay my account, i fully understand that part but I don't understand the part were they waited 3 years without phoning emailing or sending me a letter to my home (Which) is the same details for the past 5 years telling me they received no payment. I am a very busy person and I do not have time to make sure that the people (Getting salaries for doing there jobs right) take the debt orders of every month. I did not stop working in the years that they were suppose to take the debt off and there is always enough money in for them to take the debt order they had no excuse for not taking it of. I don't understand this whole situation after the women told me they could not get hold of me after non of my details changed.
