Extremely rude person

I just got a call from the rudest call center operator ever! Vodacom if this is how you do business I'm finish with you. The call was made to me on 2013.06.05 at 10:58 from the following number: 0873109522. The person, a man wanted to change my contract per minute billing to per second billing and ad cost etc.. The time of the call was very inconvenient. I explained it to him and said he can call me back in one hour. He started to get irritated and said he is not going to take long. I again said please call me back I'm interested. Then he said if I do not decide now there is going to be extra cost incurred. I said I'm interested but is busy - please call back! While I was speaking he slammed the phone down!! Vodacom please train your people better. I will be looking at other service providers for better service if I get another call like that!
