Vodacom
A pensione

My name is Valery Tesner I was shopping in Pep Stores and got a call from Vodacom asking me if I would I was interesed in the R39.00 debit order which I agreed to I was told that I could cancel this at any given time. I had to change bank account so in Nov and Dec 2012 debit did'nt go through when I phoned to sort this out and asked to cancel the debt order I was told that I could not cancel this as this is a contract and that this contract will end 13 Oct 2013. I never agreed to any contract and have not signed for any contract. Now I was told that I am R317.00 in arrears as you can see that I am a pensioner and can't afford this high accounts. I have gone to Vodocom in N1 City to try and sort this out I have only given permission for a debt order of R39.00 to be taken off. If this is a contract then what did I get from it I did not get a new phone or anything else. I have always paid my way and have never had bad accounts and now they want to drag my good name through the mud. I am willing to go o the papers with this. my cell no. is 0768882954 land line 021-5586009
