NOt upgrading my contract after 2 years

I have had a contract with VM for the past 2 years and have other products with them as well like motor and home insurance, cellphone insurance etc..I have been a loyal customer to them and have been paying everything with no hassles..this year my contract was due for an upgrade and now they are turning around to tell me no I am under debt review and they cannot renew, I fail to understand why because its not a new contract but an upgrade to an existing one... if Vodacom and MTN could renew why cant you?? and the funny part is I was under debt review already when I first got the contract and this wasn't an issue..I might be under debt review but cellphone allowance is within the budget and if you check my history you will find that I have always paid my account on time, not even a single payment was late or skipped... this is an existing contract not a new one... I don't see what the fuss is... all mthe other produs#ct are paid on time as well... let us not ruin a good relationship over this..
