Contract between Pro Active/ADT/myself

Pro-Active (Pta2) sold me a ADT contract. I signed a contract with Pro Active on 15/1/2013 Pro Active consultant Mr Rossouw didn't contact me but my sister and told her that according to ADT can't accept me as a client due to the fact that I was under debt counselling.
then we receive a account to pay for instalment etc. from Pro Active with we paid 26/2/2013. tried to contact Mr Rossouw from Pro Active because I signed a contract but account came in my sister name. I phone him twice afterwards without success because no debit order was deducted from my account. Now ADT phone and tell me I in arrears. Person by name of Oswald I send him a mail explaining that his agent is not doing his work. Oswald ask me to pay the arrears what was not the correct amount by 26/4 and then from 1/5 account will be ok. After I told him the arrear amount is not correct and I have other question (send him a fax 23/4)
He promise to come back to me. Here we are 3/5 no response I lost my trust in the people who is responsible for my money. How will the service be
