When I asked for the manager I was told by Roy Matlose that I must phone 082 111. They could obviously not assist me. After I complained about that I was given a number for Petro on 011 615 7090 and that number just remains engaged. Roy was arrogant and unhelpful and could not properly explain how an advertised product was no longer available while the deal was still valid. Just that I could not have it. He refused to assist me any further and continued to assist other customers.
