Ad Service rendered and falls information

I have a mtn contact and under 24 hour insurance which i was never told that if it ever happens that i have to claim for the phone i will have to pay R300 access fee it is not even written on the insurance form, a week ago i lost my phone and did all that i needed to do to claim and Sphiwe from MTN Jabulani mall advised me that i have to call the insurance company after 24 hours myself to check if it is approved, which they got back to me after 6days after calling them twice to check if it is approved.i have to take a phone worth 5000 and when i went to Jabulani mall MTN ON MONDAY i even asked them twice just to be 100% sure if i can take BB 9900 without paying anything extra and they said YES I CAN as i was using a BB touch 9810 and they dont do them anymore, now they say i have to pay R1300 extra if i want the BB 9900 of which they said i dont have to pay anything having to ask them twice.im not willing to pay R300 as i was never advise and when i asked about it i was told that yes i was not suppose to know till the day i come to claim and i not willing to pay the R1300 as on the first statement they said i dont have to pay, all that i want its the BB 9900 without having to pay
