I am at the Telkom Mobile store in Adderley street; Nico and Margot (shop assistants) have just refused to sign me up on an advertised contract called Sim Only Smart Plan 50. They say they can't give me that contract because there are issues with it. I did explain to them that it is advertised as an available deal on their website and yet they still refused to sign me; saying they cannot guarantee that I will get the advertised benefits. Nico stated that another customer was earlier inconvenienced in the same way. She wanted the same package and was told it's not available despite being clearly advertised on Telkom Mobile's website as I type this; at this very moment.
This matter deserves a legal investigation
