I simply cant believe how many times Vodacom has done this in the past. This is the second person I know that has been affected by Vodacom's "advertised in error" excuse.
Mr Kroukamp took up an offer on Vodacoms booklet only to be told after two weeks of actually ordering the package and handset, that it was an error. The package is still on offer on their advert. Surely if a product is advertised the supplier has to honour the deal as per their advert. This is afteral what the consumer protection act was designed for.

Dear Peter Kroukamp
As telephonically discussed, we do not have the Samsung ATIV smart PC PRO however only the Samsung ATIV smart PC. The device in the booklet has the correct specifications as for the Samsung ATIV smart PC but the name says the PRO.
Please accept our apology for this error made in our booklet. I have confirmed with our procurement department that we do not have the Samsung ATIV smart PC PRO at all, however I cannot confirm if we might get this in the near future.
Regards
