The CellC network is atrocious, today I've been kicked off the cellc network 4 times, previously it was about 1-2 times a day. Every time this happens I have to put my phone in flight mode to shut down the radio and then enable the radio again. At first I thought my phone (Google Samsung Nexus S) was at fault but after speaking to my friend which is also on CellC with his Iphone 4S he has the exact same issues as me. So you can rule out any phones here. To make things worse people struggle to phone me, they have to redial continuously until they get through, I also have to redial a couple of times to actually get a phone call placed. On the last time I complained CellC actually tried to phone me on my phone, each time I got an SMS with a voicemail stating that some one tried to phone me! So my question is do you intend to sort out your network? If not what must I do to cancel my CellC contract?
