I just found out that my prepaid number has been converted to a contract. I never applaied for a contract, never signed any documents for that matter or not even one person called me to sell the product but they converted my prepaid number to a contract and they have all my details. When you call their call centre you are being sent to pillar to post and come across very rude agents who will drop calls on you. Firstly i am unemployed why would i apply for contract. I want that stupid contract to be cancelled WITHOUT MY NUMBER BEING DEACTIVATED, i need this number as I said that I am unemployed looking for a job. Secondly I DONT WANT TO HEAR THAT VODACOM IS REFLECTING AS I HAVE ACCOUNT WITH THEM ON THE CREDIT BURAEUS because i dont have an account with them. ANd IWANT TO MAKE THIS CLEAR I AM NOT GOING TO PAY THE R350.00 THEY SAY I AM OWING
