My Blackberry was handed in for repair 03 Jan 2012, 28 Feb 2012, 28 June 2012, 27 Dec 2012 and 15 May 2013. After 3 weeks I had to go to Menlyn Retail to ask what is the status on my phone repair only to be told I have to now while on contract have to give proof of purchase this after my phone was replaced 4 times. I phoned mtn costumer care only to be asked why am I phoning them??? really. I had 4 phone contracts; two of them were moved to VODACOM now the last two. After almost 14years you have lost I client and many will follow. I will influence member's opinions about MTN service at work. Maybe I will only be a small drop in your organization, but every small drop, makes a bucket. Never under estimate to power of media. My phone number: 078 248 1088
