I send my blackberry in for repairs to Cell C Menlyn in April 2012, I follow up in August 2012 with Cell C Menlyn and they print me the quotation and I pay the amount to repair my phone, I was at Cell C Menlyn on the 27 December 2012 and the person who helped me (Duron) try to phone Cell C Cover but with no luck, Johann also at Cell C Menlyn said they will follow it up for me and send emails to find out where is my phone but up and until today i have no response from them, so please I just want my phone back and if it is not repair my money too. The is not acceptable to wait so long and no communication from them.
