Hi, i updated my contract July 2012 & took a white blackberry 9900. This contract is R440.00 per month & i decided to take it i as liked the phone & it was white. In Aug 2012 the phone had a problem & had to be sent for repairs, i received another phone on the end of September 2012. i firstly received a refurbished unit & that wasnt white, so i asked & i have been told that there are no more white phones so i would have to just settle for that. i have phoned a number of times the call Centre & was promised a new phone. After waiting a month i decided to check what was the status of my new phone & they told me they have no idea what im talking about... each time you have a query with cell c you have to explain the entire story to the consultant but still to no avail. i also brought up the fact that you should i pay R440 for the contract whn it takes a month to repair? i do understand that i am using the number & must pay for what im using but if i took the same type of contract on a a cheaper phone my monthly contract will be way cheaper. months have passed & my phone has now been sent for a 4th repair... why should i pay each month when it takes a month to repair..if i could id cancel
