Employees do not listen and give poor service

I went to upgrade my 2 daughters phones on Saturday, I am listed as 'able to upgrade on the contract', this was arranged more than 2 years ago, the young man who helped us refused to phone MTN to confirm same, after standing in a Q for almost 2 hours I had to go back home and get a letter signed by my husband to say same... next day, stood outside from 8h45 to be 1st in Q, they arrived at 9, opened the store at 9h10 when I phoned the emergency number. It then took over an hour for him to upgrade the two phones, we explained in detail to him that my husband and daughter swopped upgrades and that the new contract needs to be applied to her number and that he needs to retain his BIS and stay on the contract he is currently using. This consultant assured me that it was loaded as such and that we wont have any problems, true as nuts, when we get home, he has applied the incorrect contract to the phones, now my husband is sitting with data he cant use, his BIS has been disconnected and my daughter has no airtime or data available on her new phone. Can they not just get things right first time...? I have tried to phone since I got home yest at 13h30, no response on the cell or landline.
