Virgin Mobile South Africa

It is with great discuss that i have to do what i am about to do. Virgin mobile has messed me around for the pass 3 months with a contract that i cancelled 6 months ago. 1st they take the airtime out of my contract phone, then they are still debiting my account 3 months later.
The contract number was to go on prepaid, no they cut me off completely so i cant get hold of the customer care. Theyr instore services is disgusting, they services provider will always say you need to call 074000123. But then they say you can only phone during office hours. When you go to any shop if it is still open, then they tell you they only sell and dont help with accounts, you must phone in for assistance, the bottom line is when i did ask why they cut off my line and take my airtime that i already paid they took a debit again after guving back my airtime, i want my money back and a letter send to my bank and me to confirm the contract is finished, its no rocket science and you may contact me on 0728134628 seeing as you cut of my virgin cell number, and thats the bottom line
