50 days and counting on a reported fault

We reported a fault regarding slow internet connection with Telkom who is our ISP. Since then we haven't received real feedback on whats going or an ETA on the repair. All we are told that the exchange is full. We are paying for a 4 mbps line but our our average download speed on [URL Removed] is 0.15 mbps.
Our first fault reference was 607CTK030613 the second one is 279CTK010713.
Please help us to receive feedback on whats going on and when it will be resolved.
