Bad Credit Record Due to Incompetent Staff Altech

Initially my bank account details where captured incorrectly by the Pavilion branch leading to non payment which was not noticed by me due to the small amount, this lead to Altech Autopage ridiculing me by reporting me to the credit bureau (their error) which lead to embarrassment by being refused a credit application with another service provider, only to find out after checking my status that I have been reported by Altech, after numerous emails with Keenan Williams of Altech Autopage he assured me in an email that the issue will be resolved and the debit order will be fixed, only to find two months later that the debit order is still not fixed, please note I have email confirmation that everthing is in order and all will proceed perfectly moving forward. I am now affraid that the matter has been handed over to the credit bureau again. I have tried calling back and sent emails to resolve the matter but have been turned down and ignored becaue the relaisation has settled in that the same mistakes where made. I would like assurance that this problem is resloved, and I want a cancelation quote from Altech to close this account off, it is more of a problem to me than anything.
