My bank account was debited on the 03 May 2013 by MTN SP, i went to enquire in store as i don't have any contract with MTN SP nor given them permission to do so. A gentleman by the name of Elijah Matlala assisted me to stop the account and and adviced that I should do an affidavit, refer reference no. 99674066. On the 08 May 2013 i went back to the same store and asked to be assisted by the same person to avoid having to explain the same story to different people. He scanned my ID and affidavit and promised to forward them to their department to investigate. Mr Matlala gave me another reference no 2114095. I have never received any communication from MTN SP since 08 May 2013. On the 02 June 2013, I've received another sms notification from my bank that MTN SP has again debited my account. I don't know what to do now as going directly to MTN clearly does not HELP.
