ON CHEQUE ACCOUNT

On 30 Nov 2013 R2 700.00 was withdraw from my account, I stopped my card and went into the branch on 2 Dec 2013. Enquires opened the case and gave me reference number I then contacted the depart, from inside the branch and received another ref number, they informed me that it takes 10 working days and that I can contact them after the 10 days if I haven't received any feedback. On 13 Dec I contacted them again as no one had contacted me yet, they then told me that there is an affidavit that I need to complete and send back (this affidavit would be emailed to me) i never received a email. On 17 Dec I received an email from the department asking me to contact them. I contancted them and once again they told me about the affidavit, I told them that I haven't received the affidavit as yet and they said they would email it immediately (still haven't received it) and that once i completed the affidavit it would take another 7 working days. On 18 Dec i went into the branch, the branch manager said they will phone the department and contact me during the course of the day no one contacted me. I just want this sorted out and i want my money NO MORE WAITING
